A project for the inclusion , promoted by the partnership of UISP -Terni and social cooperative l’Arco

ToGetTher(e) wants to contrast the radicalization risk among young people and it wants to do it through sport activities oriented towards inclusion.

The Project aims to avoid the risk of exclusion and radicalization and to foster integration.

These objectives will be reached through sport, considered a catalyst for empowering youngsters to enter positively the society and a great opportunity of inclusion.

THE PROJECT WILL INVOLVE 6 DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND THEIR DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES, NAMELY:

The total of the participant will be:

80 italian participants

(24 operators/tutors + 56 youngsters)

+ 200 foreign local participants

(20 x 5 Countries x 2 cycles).

ToGetTher(e) is going to last 24 months, from 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2021. It is divided in 2 cycles of activities, each one of 12 months. Each cycle is divided in three phases of four months: the first one dedicated to the implementation of the activities the second one dedicated to the Project dissemination in the involved Countries and the third one dedicated to the valutation and the achievements.

THE FIRST CYCLE

The first cycle from January to December 2020, foresees:

The 1st phase, from January to April, will be dedicated to the implementation of the activities and it will involve the 1st target composed by 18 youngsters (from 14 -20 years old) + 2 expert operators/trainers.

The 1st phase of the first cycle is dedicated to the creation of a positive environment where youngsters will participate in sport activities with the greatest benefit.

The 2nd phase, from May to August 2020, will be focused on the dissemination of the Project’s activities in the 5 foreign Countries.

The participants will take part to skills enhancement meeting planned with an active learning methodology, that will foresee role playing, gamification and open debates.

The 3rd phase, from September to December 2020, will be focused on the evaluation of the first cycle: eventual improvement for the second cycle, monitoring, achievements, skills enhancement, satysfaction questionnaires.

THE SECOND CYCLE

The second cycle from January to December 2021, foresees:

The 1st phase, from January to April, dedicated to the implementation of the activities.

January and February will be dedicated to the second cycle of activities (volleyball, soccer, traditional dance), while March and April will be dedicated to verify the achievement of objectives, the impact, the skills enhancement of the participants and to manage the 2nd phase.

The 2nd phase, from May to August 2021, will be focused on the dissemination of the Project’s activities in the 5 foreign Countries.

The 3rd phase, from September to December 2021, will be focused on the evaluation of the second cycle: objectives achieved at the end of the 24 months, monitoring, achievements, skills enhancement, satysfaction questionnaires.
